Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for account settlement of every tender, developer should be award tender in given list of bidder with appropriate reason within 15 days after finish date of tender, Tender fee will be refund after deduction of standard processing charges to developer after 15 days to award of tender to participated contractor for particular tender.

To be eligible for a refund, if any tenders cancelled by developer before finish date of tender your tender fee will be refund after deduction of standard processing charges.

Additional non-returnable terms:

• Tender amount not be refund any party (developer/contractor/engineer), if found any suspicious activity during published tender timing.
• Misuse of Downloaded data.
• Tender cancelled by developer after finish date.
• Direct contact to developer before purchase of tender.
• Any disputes between developer and contractor. Refund will be process after successfully processed and agreed by both parties.
• If received any complaint from developer or contractor that if found changes done in tender documents after publishing tender.
• If received any complaint from developer or contractor that if found changes done in tender documents after finish date of tender within 3 days.
• No any refund will be process after 30days of tender finish date to both parties (Developer/Contractor).

Refunds to Contractor

Once tender is published by developer and within this period developer decided to cancel his tender, developer should send an email to Constrobook to cancellation process. Tender will be cancel only after that we received your cancelled request. We will also notify you of the approval for cancellation of tender.

If you are approved, then your refund to contractor will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds to Developer

Once your tender is published and after finishing date of tender, we will send email to notify you finish date of tender. Developer should be award or accept the offer from participated contractor and invite them for further process. Once Developer is confirmed or award the tender to participated contractor on Constrobook website at tender history, Developers Refund will be processed within 15 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days after awarded the tender to participated contractor.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or hold of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only refund of cancelled tender before finish date of tender, and if there are any misplaced/corrupted data or damaged files. After confirmation of developer and contractors ,If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {helpdesk@constrobook.com} and send your item to: {Office No. 07, KK Market, Bibwewadi, Pune 411009}.

Gifts

Gifting of tenders are not acceptable, if found any misuse of downloaded data or found some shearing the data without information of Developer, contractor and Constrobook legal action will be taken against misuser.

Shipping returns

Return is Not acceptable, if found downloaded data is corrupted or damaged data same you should mail us on helpdesk@constrobook.com or visit us at: Pune, Maharashtra 411048.

You will be responsible for paying for your own taxation costs at the time of Purchase of tenders. Convenience & processing fee costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of Convenience & processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the response time from developer to reach you may vary.

If you are developer, please ensure that the data you are uploading it should be correct Constrobook can be reject your tender if found corrupted or damaged file.

If you are contractor, please ensure that purchased data will be correct if found wrong please contact us immediately before tender finish date. After finish date Constrobook is not responsible for any losses and no any amount will be refund.

If you are contractor, Please ensure your tender documents are correct, after that contractor is sole responsible to upload tender on Constrobook website with specific tender no. as well as contractor is sole responsible for his tender offer rate, amount and accept the terms conditions mentioned in tender.
If any losses, any damages or any misuse of your tender or offered bid amount by developer/contractor and any other, Constrobook is not responsible for the same.
